Welcome to the DiPalma Estates web site. This site was developed by the Board of Trustees as a communication tool to keep our residents up-to-date on the activities of the Board, provide online access to homeowner information and offer a convenient means of contacting the Board.

DiPalma Estates is a unique community of 88 freestanding homes. Our community was originally developed in 1994 with Phase I and II, which include the first sections of Juniper Lane, Mulberry Way and Primrose Circle.  In 1995, 44 additional Juniper Lane homes were built in a large circle, called Phase III.  We are one of the few developments run by volunteer homeowners instead of a management association which allows us to keep our fees very low.

Tewksbury is a growing area with a small town atmosphere, conveniently located near Routes 495, 95 and 3 in northeastern Massachusetts.  Located in Middlesex County, Tewksbury is bordered by Lowell, Dracut, Andover, Wilmington, Billerica, and is 21 miles northwest of Boston.  Our Main Street, Route 38, is dotted with shopping centers, small malls, and restaurants.
